ZeAllgrate Expands Pultruded Grating Capacity
Nantong ZeAll New Materials Co., Ltd. (ZeAllgrate) has completed the installation of additional pultrusion lines, expanding production capacity for pultruded FRP grating, structural profiles and handrail systems.
The expanded lines support the growing demand for long-span pultruded grating in offshore, infrastructure and heavy industrial projects — with bearing bar heights up to 60 mm and spans to 2.5 m in typical service.
Pultruded products carry approximately 70% glass content, delivering twice the stiffness of molded grating for long-span applications. The new capacity reduces lead times for project-scale orders and supports the company's OEM/ODM programs for distributors worldwide.

Expansion Scope
The capacity expansion adds new pultrusion lines to the plant, increasing output for pultruded FRP grating, structural profiles and handrail systems. Pultrusion is the most capital-intensive of the FRP grating processes — continuous roving is pulled through heated dies with full tension control — and the new lines increase both volume and the range of sections that can be run without retooling.
