Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Nantong, Jiangsu Province — the industrial heart of the Yangtze Delta — ZeAllgrate has grown from a molding workshop into a full-range FRP/GRP composite manufacturer serving customers in 45+ countries.
We manufacture molded fiberglass grating, pultruded grating, grating covers, handrail systems, structural profiles, ladder and stair systems, fiberglass fabric and mesh — with complete in-house pultrusion lines and compression molding presses.

Our Manufacturing Capability
Integrated manufacturing from molding to pultrusion — every ZeAllgrate panel is molded, pultruded, fabricated, tested and packed at the Nantong ZeAll factory.
Compression molding presses produce 25-50 mm panels; dedicated pultrusion lines run bearing bars, profiles and handrail. In-house QC covers dimension, surface, load and anti-slip on every batch, with export crating for 45+ countries.

Production Capability
ZeAllgrate is manufactured at the Nantong ZeAll New Materials facility with in-house compression-moulding and pultrusion lines, finishing capacity for grit-top and edge sealing, and fabrication for custom sizes, cut-outs and notches. The production range covers molded grating (38/50/65 mm sections), pultruded grating and profiles, handrail and ladder systems, grating clips and covers — plus the fiberglass mesh and tape line for repair and reinforcement. Capacity expansions on both the molded and pultruded lines support project-scale orders with scheduled production and export packaging.
