1 · What to Prepare for an Accurate Quote
A complete RFQ means one round-trip, not four. The more you provide, the faster and more accurate the quotation.
Area drawing or dimensions
Sketch or DWG with the walkway / platform footprint, length, width and support spacing. Even a hand sketch with dimensions is enough to start.
Loads and deflection
Uniform load (kN/m²) or concentrated load (kN), and the deflection limit your spec requires (typically L/100, L/150 or L/200).
Environment and chemicals
List every chemical by name, concentration and temperature. This decides the resin system — the single most important spec.
Panel preference
Molded or pultruded, thickness, mesh size and surface (grit-top, concave/convex, smooth). If unsure, our engineers recommend.
Quantity and packaging
Number of panels or total m², plus export packaging preference (plywood crates, pallets) for your destination.
Destination and incoterms
Destination port or door, target incoterm (FOB, CIF, DDP), and any delivery deadline. This sizes freight and lead time.

3 · MOQ, Payment, Shipping & Samples
Minimum order quantity
MOQ depends on panel type and standard size — typically a single pallet quantity for standard molded or pultruded panels. Custom sizes and colors may have a higher minimum. Confirm in the quotation.
Payment terms
Standard: 30% deposit by T/T bank transfer, balance before shipment or against B/L copy. L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders. For repeat customers, net terms may be discussed.
Lead time
Standard molded/pultruded panels: 7–15 days production. Custom sizes, special resins or colors: 15–20 days. Urgent orders can be prioritized — advise us at RFQ stage.
Shipping & incoterms
We quote FOB, CFR, CIF or DDP. Standard export packaging: plywood crates or pallets with edge protection for sea freight; carton + foam for courier samples.
Free samples
Small samples (e.g. 150 × 150 mm) are free of charge — you pay only courier cost. Send your application and we ship within 2 business days.
Certificates
Material certificates and load test reports accompany every shipment; ISO 9001:2015 facility. SGS / Intertek third-party inspection can be arranged at buyer’s cost.

Within 1–2 business days after we receive your dimensions, loads and chemical list. A complete RFQ is answered faster than an incomplete one.
Yes — we cut to size, drill holes and band cut edges before shipping. Provide a cut plan or drawing and we confirm the final panel list.
Yes — G-clips (SS304/316), screws, edge banding and connection profiles are supplied together with the panels as one order.
Standard: plywood crates or pallets with protective edge material, strapped and labeled. Panels are bundled by size and marked with the packing list.
Yes — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (CO) and material certificates are provided with each shipment. Third-party inspection is available on request.
What a Complete RFQ Looks Like
- Project name and location (for incoterms and packaging decisions).
- Area drawing with dimensions, openings and support lines.
- Span and support arrangement; deflection limit (L/200 default).
- Chemical list with concentration and temperature — resin is specified from this, not guessed.
- Surface (grit-top / concave / smooth), mesh opening and panel sizes.
- Quantities, packaging and destination; incoterms and lead time required.
- Documentation required: load tables, test reports, batch certificates, COA.
Specification Communication Errors
The RFQ errors that cost time and money are usually the same five: no chemical list (so the resin cannot be confirmed), no span or support detail (so the load table cannot be read), no deflection limit (so the panel cannot be sized), unspecified surface (so the wrong slip performance arrives), and a missing drawing for custom cut-outs (so the fabrication is re-worked). Supply the five and the quote is engineering-based rather than estimated — the drawing is the contract, and the chemical list is the resin decision.
