Each one documents the background, design parameters, solution and measured outcomes — resin choice, span, live load, deflection limit, fastener grade and post-installation inspection data are all recorded so engineers can cross-check their own specifications. Where clients requested confidentiality, industry and geography are described rather than named.
Acid Area Walkway Replacement
Vinyl ester molded grating replaced steel walkways in a HCl / H₂SO₄ processing area. Steel corroded through in 6 years; the FRP system showed zero corrosion after 2 years.
