Ordering FRP grating is not like ordering a commodity. The right panel depends on your environment, your loads and your support layout — and a good RFQ gets a faster, more accurate answer. Here is exactly what to prepare.
1 · The Information a Manufacturer Needs
Start with the area: a drawing or sketch with length, width and support spacing. Then state the loads — uniform load in kN/m² or concentrated load in kN — and the deflection limit your spec requires (L/100, L/150 or L/200). Most important of all, list every chemical by name, concentration and temperature: this decides the resin system.
2 · How a Quote Works
A typical quotation cycle is 1–2 business days: our engineers confirm panel type, thickness and resin, then return a formal quote with unit price, freight estimate, lead time and incoterms. Standard production is 7–15 days, custom sizes 15–20 days, plus shipping time.
3 · Payment, Samples and Shipping
Standard terms are a 30% deposit by T/T with the balance before shipment; L/C at sight for larger orders. Free small samples are available — you pay only courier cost. We quote FOB, CFR, CIF or DDP, and every shipment carries material certificates and export documents.
